• Do I need to rebuild a ship at a change of flag?

With a good and safe ship no major modifications are necessary. In the nautical and technical field there are only a few additional European safety requirements that go beyond the international standard. Equivalent alternative solutions are possible as well. In individual cases, the transitional arrangements for the implementation of the German and European safety standards can be agreed upon.
