What needs to be considered when working as kitchen or service staff?

The people working in the service branch kitchen and service, i.e. those handling food, require a recent stool analysis testing for shigella and salmonella. The stool analysis should not be done earlier than 4 weeks before the medical fitness examination and follow these requirements (in German only).
